Duty Holder Annual Management Review

Newhaven Port & Properties Ltd conducted its annual Management Review Meeting on Thursday, 18 December 2025, focusing on continuous improvement in Health, Safety & Environmental standards and compliance with the Port Marine Safety Code.
The meeting, attended by senior leadership and key managers, provided an opportunity for the Board’s Duty Holder to confirm that operations meet all legislative and safety requirements. An Action Plan outlining objectives for the next 12 months was agreed upon, forming part of the Safety Management System annual review.
Following the review, the Chairman and Managing Director confirmed the Port remains fully compliant and expressed their appreciation for staff efforts in maintaining safe and efficient operations.
